This accessory can be used in a wide range of exercises, including deadlifts, rack pulls, and barbell rows. The inner sides are lined with foam padding for a comfortable feeling for your wrists when lifting. Thanks to the Velcro closure, you can control how tightly the wrap fits around your wrists. They also feature a rubber Gorilla Wear patch. The Lifting Grips are sold in pairs and are only available in one size.
