SUGGESTED USE: Mix one scoop (1 serving) of GHOST LEGEND® ALL OUT with 10-12oz of water or beverage of choice. New users, and those sensitive to stimulants, should start with 1/2 serving (1/2 scoop) to assess their personal tolerance. Consume prior to exercise on training days.

This was a sour apple taste, which I liked. If you’ve had the Ghost Amino sour apple, this tastes pretty much the same. Sour but good. The serving size is a bigger scoop than the Legend pre, which I wasn’t a fan of, so I just used the smaller scoop size from my Legend pre to get the same serving size.
