Gorilla Wear’s Lifting Grips are a combination of lifting straps and wrist wraps. This convenient accessory helps you take your workouts to the next level and offer many benefits. First of all, it reduces grip fatigue, allowing you to lift heavier. In addition, wearing our lifting grips supports your wrists and reduces the risk of injury. This accessory can be used in a wide range of exercises, including deadlifts, rack pulls, and barbell rows. The inner sides are lined with foam padding for a comfortable feeling for your wrists when lifting. Thanks to the Velcro closure, you can control how tightly the wrap fits around your wrists. They also feature a rubber Gorilla Wear patch. The Lifting Grips are sold in pairs and are only available in one size.
